Fits exactly as described! My dog is a Wheaten Terrier and is about 35 pounds (small for his breed) and the XXL fits him great! When the jacket arrived we were experiencing rain for several days and were able to use it immediately. It kept him dry in the areas it covered and it allows him to still per while wearing it and to not pee on the jacket. Also when he walks or runs, the hood automatically falls onto his head so his head stays dry too! Fantastic jacket!
